We have a couple of 30' slips available right now leasing for $425 per month (not including overage charges if applicable). Includes also one parking space in our subterranean garage & use of dockhead & laundry facilities.
Must have good credit. To apply please feel free to stop by our office anytime, office hours are listed below. Make sure to bring your drivers license, proof of income (ususally your two most recent paystubs), vessel insurance,registration/documentation. Please also make sure to bring your checkbook, there is a $100 hold fee and an application fee due at this time as well.
