PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – AREA SUPERVISOR

Experienced supervisor needed to oversee several residential properties located near the South Bay. Position responsibilities include oversight of local managers and management of physical improvements at the properties, as well as preparing weekly and monthly reports for senior management.

The Area Supervisor must be creative in developing leasing programs and have prior experience motivating and supporting managers to maintain high occupancy in their buildings.

We require a minimum of four years in a supervisory capacity within an apartment management organization. Excellent computer skills including Excel are also needed.
