Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Utilize elevated levels of operational knowledge and service to maximize performance; meet all goals and deadlines in a timely manner
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
• Maintain understanding of all policies and procedures regarding operations, inventory control, telecommunications (including POS) and standards.
• Communicate and represent the brand in product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience in retail operations, preferably working with premium brands.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Additonal languages spoken are encouraged
