We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dynamic PT Sales Supervisor to become a part of our team. This position offers growth potential and the ability to be creative within a positive, growing environment.
Management Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Timely and effective sales generation/ tracking
• Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance; meet sales goals
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
• Ensure that all associates provide the highest level of customer service
• Ensure all operational procedures are properly followed - including opening/closing of store.
• Implement and maintain all merchandising directives
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of Retail Sales Management experience
• Must have strong operational skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Additional languages spoken are encouraged.
