Essential Chocolate Desserts is a wholesale and retail oriented full service dessert company located in Culver City.
Job Qualifications:
The skill sets required for this Job are as follows:
* Ability to run the front retail area including customer service, product merchandising, coffee barista, and clean up.
* Ability to compentintly learn the product line and be able to confidently service customers both retail and wholesale in person and over the phone.
* Ability to learn computer programs such as Quickbooks, and MS Office.
* Ability to develop business opportunities which will be additionally compensated.
Desired experience includes coffee, bakery, pastry, dessert, chocolate retail and/or wholesale.
Job Description:
Essential Chocolate Desserts is a wholesale and retail oriented full service dessert company located in Culver City.
This part time position is to assist the owner in management of the day to day retail operations of the bakery both front and back.
This is an excellent, hands on learning opportunity of the operation of a retail bakery establishment.
The optimum candidate will possess the above skills and demonstrates them on a daily basis.
Although this is to start as a part time position, approximately 20 hours per week, the right candidate who is diligent in learning the operations, develops new customers and increases sales will easily earn their way towards a full time position and paid accordingly including commission.
