Dooney & Bourke at Century City is seeking energetic Seasonal Part-time sales associates. Must have a minimum of 2 years retail experience, strong customer service and organizational skills and be flexible.
Job Summary
D&B Sales associates will maximize sales through assisting customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise, while following all company standards, policies and procedures. Maintains the store merchandising standards and restock of merchandise.
Sales Associate Responsibilities Include
-Ensures that all customer needs are met and works in a team environment to ensure that every staff member is providing the best and most complete customer service.
-Responsible for product knowledge. Continually develops product knowledge by reading and practicing all company and store product information, selling suggestions and guidelines.
-Cultivates customer profile information and works to achieve the best possible customer VIP Book Standards and Practices.
-Meet or exceed corporate sales goals and individual productivity goals.
-Ensures that correct/accurate operations, policies, procedures are adhered to including, overall store operations, time and attendance procedures, shipping, receiving, inventory control, housekeeping standards, and store cleanliness are met.
-Understands and adheres to merchandising standards, helps to maintain merchandising techniques, display themes, and promotions.
