Small Home Design and Lifestyle Boutique on Abbot Kinney is looking for a very special energetic personality to join our team and grow with us. This position is 3 days a week Sunday, Monday and two additional half days.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• At least 2 years of working in a home/design boutique with a background in interior design or decorating
• Our sales associate must be professional, discrete, and able to deliver excellent customer service
• Passion for home design – (fashion boutique experience will not be acceptable)
• The position requires outstanding customer service and support. Sales are very important and this associate will know how to sell, but not be an aggressive hard seller. Our store atmosphere is very unique, organic and relaxed. Understanding the vibe of the store, the products we carry and being friendly with our clients is most important.

Working WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS is a must. Candidate cannot be afraid of cleaning, unpacking merchandise and must be able to keep motivated during slow periods. This position is 3 days a week. This is a permanent part-time position. Serious inquiries only.
