Aveda Institute Los Angeles is looking for a full-time key holder to join our team.
Qualified candidates will have previous key-holder or management experience. You must also have flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).
Other criteria:
Ensure highest levels of customer service to increase productivity.
Meet individual sales goals.
Meet and track retail sales against goal using the system provided.
Present a positive attitude about the company, product and staff.
Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for customers and staff members.
Participate in training, education and meetings as required.
Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested.
Prepare and submit retail sales to Aveda as requested.
