Hi! We are two young, vivacious professional girls living in an incredible Spanish-style casa in the Fairfax district. We are looking for not only an amazing roommate, but someone we can also befriend. Walking distance to the Grove, and Melrose, and FANTASTIC dining (there's this great pan-asian place, btw,) you'll love it. We like boys, but don't come along with a fourth roommate. We love to have fun, (the occasional dancing/cupcake party), but we don't go crazy, and are very responsible. We keep a tidy house, and expect our roommate to respect our space, and be courteous. We both love cultures and languages (Francais? Espanol?), and we aren't looking for someone who is just going to crash at our place and never be around to bond. Lucy and Ophelia are our two slightly mischievous, but adorable cats. We will consider a SMALL dog or cat, but they will undergo a rigorous screening process due to prior experience. Utilities not included, and are usually about $200 a month per person. + 1150 for rent per person.
