Looking for a pet-friendly roomate to occupy 1 bedroom and 1 full bath in my 2/2 apartment, shared kitchen and living room. I have 4 dogs, who are very social & friendly. You MUST be okay with this. I am willing to discuss if you have any pets as well. I am asking for a $500 security deposit plus the first months rent of $650 to move you in, a total of $1,150. I am also asking for 1/2 of the cable, gas & electric each month. Since many of you who call are asking how much that is I would like to say, the bill ammount changes from month to month depending on usage and I will show you the bill each month. The room is available now. We have a washer and dryer in building and street permit parking w/ a permit for you.
A little about me: I am a 23 y.o. female/male married couple. I prefer a female roommate, no funny business.
