1 Roommate is leaving L.A. for the Summer, and we need to find a replacement to fill the gap. This will be great for someone doing a summer intern, or just needs a summer apartment.
$1500.00/month, but is negotiable.
We're looking for June 1 to Aug 31, or it may be possible to move in a week or so before June.
We're looking to rent a furnished bedroom, with bathroom, in a 3 bedroom modern apt.

Normally there are 4 of us here, but as stated, 1 is going back east for the summer. So, there will be 3 other roommates, with their own, or shared room. Your room would not be shared. In July, another roommate is getting married and moving out, so we will only be 3 for the rest of the summer... (or, until our new roommate arrives).
We are 2 guys (26 and 33), 1 girl (24) (until she's married.)
We are looking for a male or female... but just know, only the two guys will be left after mid July.
We are educated, working adults. We're looking for someone responsible to cover the rent. You can have as much privacy as you like, or can join in with any regular roommate activities... i.e. watching TV, cooking dinner, going to movies, etc...
We're a fun group... but we're non-smokers, social drinkers... not big in-house partyers.
