My boyfriend and I have a great 3 bedroom apartment with a bedroom for rent. $800 and utilities included AND a MONTH to MONTH LEASE!! Also, gated parking (one spot), laundry onsite, locked mailbox, internet & cable, and close to all freeways you could need. I'm a fitness instructor at Curves and work early morning hours, and my boyfriend is an actor and is on set for long hours at a time, so the house would be pretty quiet during the daytime. We're looking for either a single person male or female or a couple. Unfortunately pets are not wanted due to the limited space, also not looking for anyone who has children (sorry). We would like the tenant to be clean and responsible, and dependable, also quiet and respectful.
