$1225 Roommate wanted for amazing apt w/private bathroom and parking space (Marina Del Rey)
My roommate is moving out at the end of May and I'm looking for someone to take over her share of the lease. It has to be signed by May 15th to keep it at the same rent ($1225 each) as last year which is a really good deal though you wouldn't have to start paying rent until June 1st. The apartment is on an amazing complex www.marinersvillage.com which has swimming pools, tennis courts, gym and jacuzzi's. It also has a club house with a library and pool table and laundry, dry cleaners, hairdressers and a deli on site!
You would have a private ensuite bathroom and an underground parking space. The view from the deck (and your bedroom!) is a large pond with a waterfall...great for falling asleep too. The apartment is very quiet, the neighbours must be the quietest people around.
I am from London, I don't smoke, do drugs or bring the party home. I do like to go out for a drink though and would love it if you wanted to join me from time to time! I don't have any pets and I respect other people's needs.
