I am a 30 year old professional female who works as an executive for a contemporary womens fashion clothing company on the wholesale side. I love spending time with my friends and boyfriend (who I've been with for five years), fashion, the occasional cocktail, dinner parties, & music like St. Germaine. The ideal roommate would be professional with a 9-5 job, good natured, neat, responsible, ethical, not work from the home and be drug/smoke free. I don't need a new best friend in a roommate, but we should be able to get along and respect each other.The apartment is generally pretty quiet with the occasional dinner party.It really is a "home". There are two small dogs and cat at this apartment, so you must be ok with pets! Everyone loves them! Sorry-No additional pets.

Rental Details

  • Monthly Rent is $1275 per month including all utilities and bills
  • Utilities and Bills are included in the monthly rent (Gas, Electricity, Direct TV with HBO and the maid who cleans 1-2 times monthly)
  • Move in is first months rent plus a $1199 deposit which includes a $100 non refundable cleaning deposit
