Two laid back late 20's professional guys seeking are seeking a 3rd friend/roommate. Our current roommate is moving to save money for grad school. We are looking for a May 15th move in, but will consider June 1.
The place is amazing, with ocean views of the pier and Palos Verdes including Catalina (see pics). The location is unbelievable. Three houses from the beach, volleyball and surfing. Three houses from downtown Manhattan shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath (we keep one room as a guest room/office).
You would have your own reserved parking. The place has all the amenities, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, big screen, Tivo, wireless inet, etc.
We're seeking another laid back dependable responsible young professional. Our preference for a girl with proven ability to live with guys, but guys are welcome too). Sorry no pets.
