$412 Short term in big community house, extension possible (UCLA) (map)
I'm moving north, and would like to find a replacement tenant for my room in a house on Gayley, bordering the UCLA campus. Its a nice space with a really cool roommate, a lofted sleeping area, and a house full of crazy characters. The only downside is that the pool table will make you procrastinate a lot. There's also a swimming pool and a big industrial style kitchen, plus a whole lot of common area space. Internet and utilities are included.
The lease is until June 21st, but an extension is possible until the end of the summer quarter. If there's two of you who want to split three ways for some crazy cheap rent, its totally doable thanks to the abundant common space.
The catches:
- The landlord requires you pass a credit and background check
- Parking is lame in Westwood, and no space is included with the lease
- Males only (sorry)
- Neighboring frat parties can get pretty loud.
- Internet is currently wired unless you set it up to be otherwise.
