$750 Nice room for rent in great house (Elsegundo/Hawthorne)
So I have a great four bedroom, 2 bath house that has a room for rent (permanently) as well as a room for sublet for the summer. The house's nearest cross streets are Aviation and Elsegundo blvd. Right now we have two college aged girls living in the house, but we are neat, respectful, responsible, and hardly ever home because of our busy schedules! We do not have any parties or anything loud at the house. If you are similar to us you will be a great fit!
Here are the details:
The Permanent room (1 year rent or longer) is a nice wood floor room with a closet inside the room as well as an extra room outside the room for you as well!. The bathroom for this room is shared with two other girls who are very neat and hardly ever home! The rent for this room is $750 a month which includes all utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, internet, trash, cleaning lady, etc...) This room will be available starting JUNE 15th.
The other room (available for sublet) is a wooden floor room as well, with a window and a pretty large closet with extra storage. This bathroom is also shared with two girls and is a full bathroom shower, tub, sink etc... This room is also $750 a month for sublet including all utilities. This room is available MAY 15th until AUGUST 15th!!
Both rooms have access to the washing machine and dryer, kitchen, living room, and there is plenty of parking right in front of the house.
