I am looking for someone to take over my roommate's room and private bathroom in a very large 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is 1100 sqft with amazing views of the hollywood hills.
The apartment complex offers amenities such as laudry on site, business center, gym, pool, cafe, walking distance to the Grove and only a few blocks from the Beverly Center. 5 min from Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.
You need to have good credit and be able to take over half of the lease with me (which will be up on October 1st, so only a 4-month minimum commitment)
Move-in date is June 1st.
I need someone reliable, clean, preferably non-smoker, working, quiet, who doesn't bring the party home, trustworthy.
