Hello! We are looking for a roommate to join in on a one year lease in our 3bed/2bath apartment available ASAP. Located in Culver City, we are walking distance from the downtown area (movie theaters, bars, etc), cute ethnic restaurants, and a couple grocery stores. Right off the 10 Fwy and close to the 405.
Rent is $592 plus utilities for your own bed and bath. We have two parking spaces, which we rotate between the 3 of us. On site laundry facilities. It's a pretty safe, happy neighborhood -- we've lived here for 3 years now.
About us: Melissa (26 years old) and I (25) are both artists -- we act, sing, dance, and write. We'd love to be joined by someone with similar aspirations, but that's certainly not a dealbreaker. We are looking for someone who is interested in making our space a home, not just a place to live. Cleanliness, respect, and the ability to communicate calmly is a MUST. Drama is a dealbreaker. We want a roommate who can sit down and talk to us if something isn't working and vice versa.
