Requirements.
Someone in their late 20's or early 30's. Must have steady employment. Paystubs need to be shown. Non-smoker or if you do smoke then do it on the balcony. Absolutely no pets. Must have a great personality and not wild. This is a professional building with celebrities that live here and/or come here. Lots of industry people. Not uncommon to see famous movie stars or singers here. Really nice place to live.
Room is oversized. I have a 73 inch TV and a King size mattress plus a desk in there and I still have some room left plus my own hallway with attached Bathroom. Utilities and cable run about 100-150 per month and we are about 4 block from the Grove, 1 block away from Trader Joes, and 2 blocks from Coffee Bean. Central to everything and it is a great building with lots of fun people. I hate to move but I need to. Looking for someone to move in within the next week or two. Definately by the end of the month.
