Hello! I just rented an awesome 2BR/2BA in the heart of Brentwood (walking distance to Wilshire, San Vicente, Ralphs on Goshen) and I'm looking for a roommate. The apartment has been re-designed with nice tile flooring in kitchen/entry way, has a stainless steel fridge, washer & dryer in the apartment, crown moldings, fireplace and central AC! Also, it has 2 tandem parking spaces in the secure garage under the building.
The room and bathroom are 3 feet from each other. The bathroom has a walk in shower and the room had a decent sized closet across one entire wall.
Rent is $1250 plus a $1300 security deposit, starting last week of May. I am a 32 year old male professional that is outgoing, responsible, down-to-earth, clean and very low drama. I'm looking for the same in a roommate (female or male). I'm moving up from Southbay, met my current roommate on CL and it worked out great!
The attached pictures are the apartment, but it's not my stuff!! It's the owner's stuff (they have a small child) and they are moving out in 2 weeks.
