Two rooms for rent in 3 bedroom/1 bath beach home in Hermosa Beach. I currently sublet a room in the house and would like to start a new lease when the current leaseholder moves. Ready for move-in July 1st.
This is a dog lovers’ paradise. HUGE fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors throughout. Large living room, big kitchen, washer and dryer, detached garage and newly remodeled bathroom.
The place is in the heart of Hermosa and just about the perfect Southbay beach house. I found my sublet here on Craigslist and fell in love with it the place. Thought I was going to move when my sublet ended, but the place is too awesome and I’m trying to fill the rooms.
Bedroom/rent info:
There is $1,800 in rent to fill for both bedrooms. One open room is slightly larger; current roommates rent split: $800 for the smaller room and $1,000 for the larger. Both bedrooms share a common entrance from the hallway, but are separated from each other by another door. Utilities are split, and usually run less than $70 a month for each three roommates.
This would be perfect situation for a couple or someone who has a dog. I'm willing to rent out as one bedroom and office/den. The room in the picture is the smaller of the two.
