I just moved into a gorgeous, completely remodeled apartment here in the truly lovely West LA area (on Iowa Ave. between Barrington and Bundy), and I am looking for a chill, responsible, female, non-smoker roommate to occupy the 2nd bedroom and half bath. No pets, please. You would have a walk-in closet, your own half bathroom, and a tandem parking space. The rent is approximately $875 (I say approximately because there is a rent control charge of a little over $2 each month) plus half of the utilities each month. I'm looking for some one to move in June 1st. Also, you have to have good credit as your name will be put on the lease.
