room will be available this June 1st.
rent does NOT include utilities and internet.
utilities vary on usage ($20-$50/mo.)
internet is optional $25/mo.
street parking only.
must not have too many stuff. room can feel tight. your bed should not be bigger than a single size. aside from the single size bed, a small computer desk & chair are the only furniture that will fit in the room.
this a place to relax and rest. no parties allowed.
it is a 2 bedroom apt. and we restrict 2 roommates/room.
we have a kitchen but you need to provide your own kitchenware, dinnerware and utensils.
my roommate is leaving the end of this month. I'm looking for a replacement.
here are the following personal criteria:
sane & friendly (drama-free, no baggages, etc.)
trustworthy (no kepltos or criminals)
reliable (be able to pay rent before the 1st of the month, NEVER late)
considerate (do your part with housekeeping on weekly basis, we are not neat freaks)
hygienic (using cologne to mask b.o. is NOT a solution)
legally employed (we don't harbor illegals and unemployed)
NO drugs!!!!
no pets BUT not allergic to dogs (there is one small toy dog that stays in the other room)
must not mind random snoring (happens when I'm sick or stressed)
this room share can be ideal for UCLA students.
