I'm moving out and looking for someone to take my place in a house. A little about the place... it's a cute little house that has just been remodeled a month ago with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It has a big kitchen, good size living room, and a electric gate that requires a gate opener to park your car. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom. While the room is big, the closet is kinda small, at least for me and there's really not a lot of space for storage. The room does include a full size bed, bedframe, a desk, and a chair. There's 2 washers and dryers on the facilty that's coin operated. The rent is $600 a month until August. Starting in August, the rent will be $800 a month. It doesn't include utilities. The gas is about $20, cable and internet is about $35-$40, and electric varies. So overall, you would pay roughly $700 total now and about $900 in August. The security deposit is $800. The house is a 10 minutes walk to USC campus. You'll be living with a female USC student.
