knowledge of TCP/IP network topologies in enterprise environment
WAN/LAN troubleshooting skills, router, switches, ASA
Backup Exec, norton ghost skills
proficiencies in SMTP/POP3 email protocol(s)
knowledge of wide array of software products within the microsoft family
MCSE certification a plus
Willing to travel in company supplied vehicles and or air travel
