DUTIES & RESONSIBILITEIS
 Answer all incoming phone calls
 Dispatch patrol officers via radio
 Write daily logs and reports
 Maintain updated weather and traffic information
 Perform other administrative tasks as necessary

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Minimum 2 years experience answering multiple phone lines
 Speak English fluently
 Excellent customer service skills (with references)
 Professional demeanor and appearance
 Interest in security industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 2 year Associate Degree or higher
 2-5 years in security-related industry
 ACE License or Guard Card
