No one should have to work in a vacuum. You know, with all that pesky dust and lint.
Luckily, as a Senior Flash Designer at Ignited, you won't have time to gather dust. Instead, you'll be a vital member of the team fueling our agency's continued growth as an innovative digital leader. When you are not designing flash banner ads for high-profile client presentations, you'll be concepting rich media ads and specialty units like synched roadblocks working with an art director and copywriter to develop concepts. Other assignments? Web sites, kiosks, specialty applications and pitch work. Since we're guessing you don't live in a vacuum either, you'll know how to work with rich media partner tools (e.g., DoubleClick, EyeWonder, Eyeblaster, Pointroll, etc.). Scripting knowledge is a plus.

Here are a few other skills you'll need to bring to the table:
Concepting and executing motion design for various Flash experiences that is consistent with clients marketing strategies.
Working closely with the creative directors and art directors to concept and develop Flash projects, including Web sites, online rich media ad units, presentations and other animations.
Translating static layouts and concepts into full motion animations using the art directors Photoshop files.
Working with developers to integrate Flash animation, loaders and other elements.
Contributing to the creative process from beginning to end of application design, bringing the creative vision to life onscreen, while paying close attention to technological parameters.
Creating storyboards and style guides that outline web animations and transform them into innovative animated experiences.
Prototyping untested visions and exploring options when there's doubt.
Working towards seamless process and identifying when process can be improved.
Your skill set should also include:
Knowledge of vector vs. bitmap graphics and the effects of file size limitations.
Ability to direct production artists to set up assets for multiple ad banner sizes and formats, while conforming to rich media provider specifications (e.g., Motif, Pointroll, Eyeblaster, etc.).
Keen eye for design and motion, with exemplary attention to detail.
Constant thirst for knowledge and improving one's skills.
