Receptionist/Concierge for UPSCALE Spa (Beverly Hills)

*The Concierge position was created to assist and interact with the clients and to provide a high level of customer service
and ultimately pull together the look and feel of what the Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic represents*
This is not a typical sit around office job; applicants must be able to work in a fast faced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing great customer service
Managing incoming calls
Booking client appointments
Greeting, checking clients in and out
Keeping organized schedules
Maintaining files
Selling products
Promoting spa services
Qualifications:
MUST have 1-2+ years experience as a receptionist at a spa or medical office
1-2+ years product retail sales experience
Personality and character must be upbeat, outgoing, honest, responsible, flexible, patient, and confident
Should have a sense of taking initiative, possess a professional demeanor, have great people skills, a strong ability to multi-task
and orally communicate, be detail oriented, and effectively prioritize and manage the workload
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must possess excellent verbal and written English skills
Appearance MUST be professionally polished
