Executive Cosmetic Surgery Consultant - Beverly Hills (BeverlyHills)
This is a “one on one” consumer sales position that is highly suited for an experienced “closer”. It is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast growing company is a leader in the cosmetic dermatology industry.
THERE IS NO COLD CALLING IN THIS POSITION. LEADS COME DIRECTLY TO YOU IN OUR FACILITY VIA CONSUMER ADVERTISING. All leads are consumers that have voluntarily decided to come in to learn about our treatments and are already interested in treatment.
In a short consultation (15 to 20 minutes) you must be able to quickly build a rapport, ascertain what skin condition the patient would like to improve, develop trust with the potential patient and close a sale. Most patients end up starting their treatments the same day as the consultation so the sales cycle is limited to only the length of the consultation.
You must be ETHICAL and HONEST, capable of multi-tasking, and be able to think quickly on your feet. Patients expect you to know the answer to all of their questions; therefore confidence in delivery is a must.
You will have an ongoing patient service/satisfaction relationship to make sure they are happy, and that their questions or concerns are addressed.
Experience:
You must have 5-10 years of work experience. You should have 5 years of direct to consumer “one on one” sales experience.
You must know how to sell and how to close, the rest we can teach!
