The Spa, at Le Merigot, a JW Marriott Beach Hotel & Spa, is one of the leading spa and fitness facilities in Santa Monica. Come work for our spa, located on the beach front! We are currently looking to hire a SPA DIRECTOR.
Qualified candidates must possess exceptional marketing and communication skills. They must have extensive management experience and should be sales oriented with a track record for selling treatments and high retail volume.
The candidate must be customer service driven and experienced in growing the client base while retaining a loyal clientele. An esthetics background is preferred but not necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to work with prominent luxury beach hotel.
The salary for this position will be negotiated based on experience.
