Client Services Project Manager

Concerro is a healthcare Cloud Computing (Software-as-a-Service) company that provides workforce and emergency management programs that facilitate collaboration, ease of use and real-time information access to improve the cost, efficiency and safety of patient care in over 400 hospitals nationwide. Concerro is looking for a creative, hard-working individual to join its Client Services team as a Project Manager. This position reports to the Director of Client Services (West).

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead customers to achieve successful implementation and adoption/system optimization of our internet-based total shift management functionality;
• Establish effective client relationships amongst Directors, Managers, staff, and executives. Provide Director of Client Services and others in Concerro and external partners with analysis and information to enable insights into how to continuously optimize the clients’ use of Concerro;
• Proactive and event-driven troubleshooting and triage – know when to wait, when to act alone, and when to call in other resources;
• Assist with impact studies;
• Balance multiple customer implementations simultaneously; provide ongoing client account management and support;

Functions:

• Work with the technical team to set up the customer’s Concerro website according to their needs/decisions;
• Customize and deliver training to staff, managers, directors, and leaders;
• Assist with the development of internal/external marketing and communication tools;
• Identify new function and feature ideas as input into the evolution of the product;
• Develop processes to collect and analyze impact metrics;
• Introduce new/enhanced system functionality; and
• Participate in internal committees to represent Services team.

Position Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years experience with hospital nursing operations plus 1 year of consulting, systems implementation, process improvement, support and training in hospital environment;
• Excellent customer service orientation;
• Strong analytical skills – extracting, collecting, formatting, interpretation, application, presentation;
• Good attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – especially listening and speaking in front of groups of diverse backgrounds;
• Strong group facilitation and process improvement skills;
• Self-directed;
• BS, BA or equivalent;
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary; and
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Territory and Travel:

• Travel – approximately 2-3 nights per week at client sites (60% travel); work from home or office (if San Diego) to support assigned territory

Following attributes/skills a plus:

• Healthcare software implementation, support and training
• Healthcare consulting experience
• Strong working knowledge of hospital/nursing operations
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare staffing/scheduling systems
• Strong working knowledge of internet based systems
• RN licensure
• Service provider experience
