Technical Support Engineer (Entry level)
Requirements
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Mac OS experience a plus)
• Basic PC software and hardware troubleshooting skill
• Basic experience and/or knowledge of networking a plus
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
• Fast learner, well organized, detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated problem solver.
• A+ certification a definite plus!
• Ability to multi-task
Typical Responsibilities
• Receive all inbound help desk request
• Troubleshoot and diagnosis technical issues by phone, e-mail, or on-line chat
• Support end-user desktop issues (including hardware & software)
• Work on other IT related projects
• IT related Inventory management
• Imaging desktop for new deployment using Ghost
• New user workstation setup
