Studio Production Coordinator needs to be an excellent communicator, who is able to act decisively and sensitively under pressure. Duties may include screening, research, organization of materials and dissemination of information related to the daily program, promos and special projects. The position performs related duties during taping sessions both in the studio and on location, including but not limited to timing programs, taking continuity notes, organizing products and facilitating communication with the host, guests and crew. This point of contact creates stability and consistency for the daily program.

This position will be an integral part of the Television Production staff of the Benny Hinn Ministry located in Aliso Viejo, Ca.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1) Logging and timing studio tapings as well as location shoots.

2) Preparing Products for tapings, re-assuring that the products are on the set, and in production for the post process.

3) Prepares the taping notes for Pastor Benny to guide him through the tapings and know what events are next, prices of products etc.

4) Preps the �MEDIA� for post. When the production is in the �can�, this person will prepare it for �Ingesting� into the shared storage system to be ready for editing. This person keeps all DVD�s and logs on file, organized.

5) Assigns the products into the Post process. Products being created as CTA�s and graphic needs for the program.

6) Researches products for RE-RUNS. If the programs are being used more than once�the products need to be available, and priced accordingly. If not available, this needs to be determined BEFORE the editing takes place.

7) Responsible for overseeing/supervision of all transcriptions of events, and tapings, for use in captioning and editing copy.

8) Responsible for AUDIO files from Events as well as tapings to be delivered to the captioning department.

We are in search of 3 Neutral Spanish speaking voice over artists to translate and lip synch our English Voice overs / Children's Songs. This is a Neutral Spanish Dub of an English Childrens Show for ages 4-6 year olds. Voices must be kind and sincere - no deep and dramatic announcer voices please. Only submissions with demos will be considered.

In an ideal world we would find a group of three individuals, two males and one female who can accurately translate english / speak fluent Neutral Spanish, and sing as well. Singing voices do not have to be perfect, just competent. If you have your own studio even better as we can pay a small studio / mixer fee to record and mix finals. This is a very special project and we are looking for talented voice over artists / singers that can become a part of our amazing production. This really is a once in a lifetime project.

Ideally the artist would be in Los Angeles but not a deal breaker if somewhere else. All artists will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) + a VFX Artist Agreement before work can begin.
