West Los Angeles Condominium Association has an opportunity for a hands-on full time Assistant Building Engineer. This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer. Duties consist of maintaining all common areas, including but not limited to heating, air conditioning, emergency generator, fire pump, boilers, water circulation pumps and motors. Responsibilities also include general building maintenance, painting, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting including repairs in Owner Units.
Prior high-rise experience required.
