JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage, direct and operate the parking operations for the Hotel.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise the staff to run an efficient operation
• Attend all weekly staff meetings and pre-cons for the hotel in order to anticipate and prepare for any special requirements that the hotel may have
• Maintain and provide payroll to corporate office on a bi-weekly basis.
• Prepare all work schedules necessary
• Handle all guest related concerns, claims and hotel issues
• Maintain the levels of service that the company strives for.
• Staff meetings to be held bi-monthly to maintain level of service
• Prepare and submit monthly audits of the hotel’s parking operations to corporate office
• Be the direct liaison between the company and the Hotel.
• This position would require a minimum of 40 -45 hours per week and a need to be on call for any hotel issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hospitality experience is a MUST
Must have at least 1 year of experience supervising staff
Must have a flexible schedule
Payroll and HR experience is a plus.
Must be able to drive automatic and standard shift cars.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to provide current DMV Driving Record.
Must have a valid Driver’s License
A positive attitude, with focus on a job well done.
Ability to follow directions as given by management.
Ability to work well in an often times fast paced, team driven environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with the members of your team, guests, and other members of management
