Web dsigner for super cool Nonprofit project (Culver City)

We just launched a nonprofit and we are putting together the COOLEST youth program that will entegrate the efforts of thousands of other projects out there.
We need a we designer and/or programer (mostly PHP) to assist with COOLEST web community youth project.
We don't care about your age or working experience as long as you are knowlegable and passionate about hte project.
We have a very limited budget at this point but we can work something out. This could also become a great working opportunity in the near future for the right person.
