Content Planner / SEO Specialist

Leading online content producer based in Marina del Rey seeks a smart, creative individuals with SEO experience.

Summary

The position will be on a contract basis working on or off-site as part of our dedicated SEO group after only a few weeks of on-site training. The content planner is responsible for ensuring that we develop and deploy the most search engine-friendly content possible for a small portion of our 2,500 clients. This person will develop content plans using his/her SEO knowledge along with tools like Keyword Discovery and Google Docs. He or she will work closely with the CX and Web Development departments and report to the Director of Production.

Responsibilities

• Develop client content plans using SEO best practices and current company guidelines.
• Research Search Engine Trends and Results.
• Stay current on trends in search engine optimization.
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• Basic Knowledge of SEO.
• Ability to Use SEO Tools like Keyword Discovery and Adwords Tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills and proven ability to work in a team. Also must be able to self-manage projects and work efficiently without supervision.
• Ability to plan and prioritize to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Curiosity, energy, creativity, initiative.
