What are the cheapest regional grocery stores, or worthwhile DIY alternatives for saving on your basic essentials? Can you "trick" establishments into giving you better rate reductions or services?
These are just a few topics for a brand new community we're building on WonderHowTo. We're looking for a qualified community leader who is well versed in the world of penny-pinching, scouting for deals, and more. Candidate should be a strong writer, and have an inherent knack for being social online. He or she MUST excel at:
-Creating newsworthy, revelatory A+ articles on clever and novel ideas for saving and substituting, as well as timely deals--even shady short-cuts, perhaps (if the law permits)
-Engaging the community in a friendly, encouraging manner
-Bringing in new community members through various promotional/ social strategies
-Strategizing on how to get the community involved by submitting their tips, tricks, and ideas as articles or links
