You must arrange to meet me this Thursday at 10 AM at the Public Storage facility on Pico/Sepulveda with a truck (and an extra person) to move it. Item is large and somewhat heavy. Email me if interested.
This is good dirt, small rocks, no debris, no trash, no huge boulders. Has a soils report, and an expansion index of 0. (That means this is the good stuff for fill purposes... In fact, I'm told dirt doesn't get any better for fill than this. It compacts nicely, and can be mixed with "bad dirt" to make it useable for compaction.)
Dirt is located right off of Topanga Canyon Blvd in Topanga, easy access, plenty of room to load and go.
The dirt is free, I'm giving it away, and will load it into the trucks on MY end for free. You need to pay for transportation, and whatever you need to do at your end. If you're a dirt broker, and can make a few bucks, even better for you.
I know a small trucking company who will haul in a 10 yard dump for $75 an hour, with a 4 hour minimum. You can also RENT a 5 yard dump truck from Hertz in North Hollywood for $215 for the day flat. If you want to save money, I'm even happy to hook up a few of you together so you can split the cost of a rental dump truck, or to schedule my guy to do it so you're not paying for 4 hours if you only need him for 1 or 2.
Also, I've had several requests for the dirt, from small quantities to larger amounts. First come, first serve, there are too many flakes to wait for someone.
Lastly, If you are taking more than 20 yards and are in LA County, you need a PERMIT!!!!
Los Angeles County requires a Recycle and Reuse plan on new construction, which is where my dirt is coming from, and all of the dirt that leaves my site MUST go to LEGAL locations. In other words, if you're doing illegal grading, you can't take this dirt, as it would be reported. Both of us could get in serious trouble.
If you've got a PERMITTED project and can take the dirt, I'm happy to give it to you.

I have several hundred pounds of ugly river rocks (not the nice ones for building walls), brick pieces, and broken concrete left, various sizes but mostly bigger than fist- head size, all on the parkway, easy access.
I also have TONS of fill dirt for free, including some decent top soil.

These are probably the most used of the lot. Very comfy though because they stretch. Denim color with button close back pockets.

These are black (somewhat faded) and high waisted.

LACTED RINGERS aka SUBTANEIOUS FLUIDS: 2 Large bags 1,000 ML, Sealed & UN-OPENED good through May 2010- OK to use after expired! Human's use exactly the very same. This fluid has a vary of potassium, minerals, calicium - to much to list.
FAMOTIDINE aka Pepico 10 mg. Tabs: ONLY taken oraly - used for acid indiestion/upset stomach - WORKS!
TORBUTUTROL: Used for "PAIN". Have 10 Tabs. Very strong WORKS! For cats ONLY. No use for human's.
EPAKITIN in POWDER FORM: This is ONLY placed in animals food. This is a Highly Concentrated "Vitiamin Suppulent" for Cats. The container has roughly 35% left. It has a small plastic spoon for measuring.
NEEDLE GAGES FOR FLUIDS: All are sealed & un-opened! Have 1 Dz. of Lrg. green. About 20+ very tiny gages. Gages go into the tubing as well as the cat/animal for the lacted ringer fluid. All gages are color coded.
PAMPLETS and OTHER IMPORTANT VALABALE INFO RE "KIDNEY DISEASE" TO GIVE.
LITTER BOX: Used although disenfected & clean ready to someone in need!
TUBING FOR LACTADED RINGERS I DO NOT HAVE! They are a mere $8-9 dollars @ Studio City Animal Hospital in the Valley 818/ 769-1338. They are sold for a much higher price online & other places. You can also re-use a good 3-4 times ONLY on same animal.
