The set is in a completely enclosed, security gated and locked storage facility and is covered. I moved and would like to sell this Ashley living room set that has never been used except to sit on just once to see how it felt. Note, we were NON SMOKERS! My late wife set up the living room as just a show piece. I would rather sell it to someone who can use it instead of storing it long term. I'm downsizing and don't need it. Asking $1500, cash only, for everything. The pillows on the couch are included as well as the pink throw on the left pink chair. The couch was selected because both my late wife and I are over 5'11" tall and we wanted a couch that was firm. I'm also selling the bookcase and the white cabinet that's partially visible in the picture. These items are in excellent like new condition.
