About the Coach (15+ yrs):
I’m a personal trainer and stretch specialist at Elite Fitness Club (EFC), San Fernando. For 15+ years I’ve trained athletes across all backgrounds. My lane: on-the-field performance through weight-room excellence, mobility/stretch work, and nutrition accountability.
Who this is for:
Middle & high school athletes (soccer, volleyball, basketball, track, etc.)
Teams with a weight room (school/club) or space I can travel to
Parents and coaches who want injury-smart training and post-rehab support that actually maps to game needs.
What we do (team-based, 8–15 athletes):
Stretch & Mobility Training: Improve range, power mechanics, and recovery
Strength Room Coaching: Position-specific routines tied to on-field demands
Nutrition Coaching: Weight management and fueling strategies with weekly accountability
Coach + Parent Alignment: I coordinate with coaches/parents so training matches team goals
Post-Rehab Return-to-Play: Support your PT’s plan; rebuild strength safely
How it works:
A parent or coach forms a group of 8–15 athletes
Choose 1–2 sessions/week (travel to your school/field/weight room)
We run a 6–8 week block, track progress, and adjust for the season
