About the Position

Our animal hospital is looking for caring, dependable team members to help keep our animals safe, clean, and comfortable.
This is a hands-on role that combines professional cleaning with direct animal care. We especially welcome applicants who have worked in veterinary hospitals, clinics, caregiving, or professional cleaning settings (like hotels or medical offices).

What You’ll Do
• Clean and sanitize kennels, exam rooms, and animal care areas daily.
• Wash and replace linens, towels, and bedding.
• Keep litter boxes and feeding stations clean and fresh.
• Feed animals and provide fresh water twice a day.
• Work with the team to maintain a healthy, odor-free, and comfortable environment for every animal.
Growth & Learning

As you gain experience, you can learn:
• How to safely handle animals in a hospital setting.
• How to assist with basic treatments and give medications under veterinary supervision.
• The daily care routines and health observation practices used by veterinary assistants.

Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who’s caring, responsible, and takes pride in doing a job well.
• Experience in animal care, veterinary, medical, hotel, or commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Comfortable around cats and dogs of all sizes and personalities.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
• Reliable and willing to work some weekends and holidays.
Schedule & Pay
• Full-Time: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Location: Santa Clarita Valley
• Pay: $17.85/hour and up, depending on experience
