Seeking for a self-motivating individual as our Intake Coordinator. This is a long-term opportunity for applicants who are reliable & consistent, have great attitudes, while being adaptable to change. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and conducting all intakes.
Provide exceptional customer service, conduct all intakes for all clients, manage waiting area, answer all incoming phone calls, provide information to clients and additional responsibilities requested by the Supervisor of Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
