I can add licensed agents to my account and begin receiving referrals.
I am offering spots to 2 agents. You will each receive 15-25+ lukewarm-to-hot leads monthly for only $50/mos. plus a modest 20% referral fee. This is an extremely fair and low referral fee, considering the average is 25-30%.
Because this is a VIP program, we have exclusive access to concierge customer services, trainings, and your own bio page that can also include any listings you currently have, and more. The leads are qualified in terms of level of interest and timeframes, and come with contact information for you to conduct your follow ups as you please.
Agents are required to be exceptional at calling and conversion. Converting the leads is entirely under your control. You will be signing referral agreements with me for each one. You have nothing to lose, except $50 per month, and everything to gain.
No catch. I am an agent building passive income and helping others along the way. It's a total win-win.
This is a very expensive system that I pay for monthly. The only reason for the very small monthly payment from you is to ensure every agent has at least some "skin in the game". I want everyone to stay motivated.
