This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of lancaster off of Ave I and 15th st east. The room is for a single tenant only and comes with washer, dryer, all utilities included and free WiFi! You will have full access to the kitchen as long as you clean up after yourself. This room comes with a shared bathroom which will be shared with one other tenant. No pets allowed.. no party house. Street parking..
