I'm looking for a mature, clean, and responsible tenant. The room comes with full access to the kitchen, laundry, and common areas. Street parking is available. Rent includes all utilities (internet, gas, electricity, water, washer/dryer, and trash).
I have two dogs, a 4-pound small Yorkie and a small Corgi mix, so you must be pet-friendly and LGBTQ-friendly. The room is for single occupancy with a shared bathroom. Monthly rent is $850, with a security deposit of $400. If working remotely, there is an additional charge of $45 per month. The lease is for 3 months initially, then month-to-month.
Identity- copy of your Driver license or identification card.
Must be fully employed, with proof of income via pay stubs.
No smoking, drugs, pets or children
