Full-Time Position ($25-$40hr)
Western Pacific Roofing Corp. is currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator with a valid Class A CDL to join our growing team. We are a full-service commercial and industrial roofing contractor proudly serving all of California, Arizona, and Idaho.
We specialize in commercial and industrial reroofing, repairs, new construction, roof maintenance, and material handling. Safety, quality, and production are the foundation of everything we do, and we're looking for a dependable, safety-minded professional to become part of our team.
Position Responsibilities:
• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently.
• Lift, move, position, and place roofing materials on commercial job sites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical concerns.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and Western Pacific Roofing safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with ground personnel and job site supervision.
• Work safely around active construction sites and overhead loads.
• Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively.
• When not operating crane, will perform warehouse duties, operating forklift and putting material lists together.
Qualifications
• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• NCCCO Crane Operator Certification (Required)
• Previous mobile crane operating experience (Required)
• Clean driving record
• General construction experience is a plus
• Commercial roofing experience is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• English required (Spanish is a plus but not required)
