The queen bed is on the floor level while the futon and full bed are up the stairs.
Please note the toilet is composting and works differently than a normal flush toilet.
The main loft is 7ft x 8ft and tall enough to stand up in. The window by the bar seating opens up to give outside access to the deck. The barn door can be used to close the bathroom or opens up to use the large closet area.
The AC unit is 10,000BTU and works great to cool the space.
