Hello guys!
I have an awesome opportunity to own a Shipping container house! This Tiny home is 8 foot wide and 20 foot long.
This is my fifth one I have done so this is not my first rodeo. My background is in Art and construction so this was built right with taste and style in mind 💪🏼✅
New OSB subfloor with garage floor epoxy. You can either leave it for an industrial look or put flooring right on top of it with some underlayment.
This is wind and water tight, and wall studs are 16 inch on center for the walls and 24 inch on center for the ceiling joists. It will come fully furnished as you see, and I will also include an IBC water tank. All of PVC and piping that you need will come with it as well. You just have to put a hole in the floor for the toilet .
You can easily add a breaker box, but I have it set up right now to plug right in via an outlet extension cord. Power strip is enough to run the fridge, Electric heater, TV, DVD player etc. You can run all of that no problem and it is about 200 feet away from my house.
Brand new paint in and out and new trim. Brand new interior paneling. Has LED ceiling lights that are controlled via remote. Has LED accent lights. Pictures speak for themselves. Has roll out drawers underneath the bed.
Comes with a brand new mini fridge w/ freezer. New Dual hot plate, new microwave , farmhouse style sink with modern bathroom sink + vanity. Comes with a metal trough tub. I’ll include a Keurig coffee maker
Everything you need to get set up completely off grid! This would be a perfect guest room or maybe something you can put in a backyard for extra rental income. Plugs right into an outlet. You could always hardwire it in, but I have it to where you can just unplug it and move it and plug it back in to be up and running instantly.
It’s like a model home. I have everything essentially hooked up, ready to go, but I do not have running water connected to the container. That depends on where it’s going, and as I mentioned, I will include a water tank as well. I have all the hot and cold water PEX lines laid out.
Includes tankless hot water heater and I will include a propane tank.
As I mentioned everything you see in the pictures comes with the container home. Has a queen mattress and also a LG Blueray /DVD player as well as 42 inch Flat screen ROKU TV. The TV is wall-mounted and all Cords are hidden.
This would be an awesome office or studio! Adu? Guest house? Granny suite etc.
Hairstylist space? Maybe you’re a barber working from home and need somewhere cool to cut hair! Man cave?! Art studio? She shed? Who knows but it’s finished ready to go haha
For the right buyer, I can help you connect it to wherever it’s going, but we will talk about that if you’re a serious buyer. Honestly, a handy person can do all of it in a weekend. As I mentioned, it plugs in to any outlet, and you can have power instantly.
Comes with a porcelain toilet, but there is no hole in the floor. Maybe you want to do a composting toilet instead??…or you can just put a hole in the floor and connect it to a septic system /septic tank. It’s not hard to just bury a small septic tank in your yard. You don’t need a super big one just dump it once in awhile… Just depends what you have going on where the container is going.
Asking $18,499 fully furnished. I’m negotiable a little bit if maybe you don’t want some of the furnishings.
Delivery is going to be on the buyer. I have a couple people I can help you get a quote from. Depends on how far it’s going etc.
